How to change a charge amount - bulk editing

When preparing for renewals, you can update your membership charges in advance in bulk.

Quick Guide


Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration - Financials - Charges

Step 2 - On the Manage Charge Categories screen click Update Charges

Step 3 - Enter the Variation date (usually the start of next membership year) and enter the new values for any charges to be updated.

Step 4 - Once all charges have been changed scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
