When preparing for renewals, you can update your membership charges in advance in bulk.

Quick Guide
1. Navigate to Configuration - Financials - Charges
2. From the Manage Charges screen, Select "Update Charges"
3. Enter the Variation date (usually the start of next membership year) and enter the new values for any charges to be updated.
4. Once all charges have been changed - scroll to the bottom of the page and save.
Step by Step Guide
1. Navigate to Configuration - Financials - Charges
2. From the Manage Charges screen, select "Update Charges"
3. Enter the start date for the variations ( usually the beginning of next membership year ) and the new charges in the appropriate places. Once complete scroll to the bottom of the page and save.
