To reduce or extend the membership period for an individual membership.
User security level to unlink invoices may be required. Contact your manager to enable access.
Quick Guide
Step 1 - Navigate to the member's Subscription account
Step 2 - Select Unlink Invoice option from the Invoice Action menu
- This must be the invoice linked to the membership that requires the date change
- The Unlink action will change the membership document status to Invoice Required
- This step is not required if no invoice is linked to the membership (i.e. the membership has no charges)
Step 3 - Navigate to the member's Memberships
Step 4 - Select Change Date from the Membership Action menu
Step 5 - Enter the new End Date, select Continue
Step 6 - Select Change Date and Yes
Step 7 - Select Link Invoice from the Membership Action menu
Step 8 - Select the invoice to re-link to the membership, click Link Selected
- Select the same invoice originally unlinked in Step 2
