Complete this process to change a member's membership Group Status. Default system statuses include Active, Inactive, Waitlist and Ended. Additional statuses can be created in MiMembership configuration - please contact MiClub Support for more information on how to create and implement group statuses.
MiClub Golf Integration: The Inactive status on a membership group prevents the member from accessing the members golf bookings. The Unfinancial status of a document (invoice) also removes member access.
Quick Guide
Step 1 - Navigate to member's Memberships page
Step 2 - Find the membership that you wish to change status on
Step 3 - Click the Action button on that membership and select Change Status
Step 4 - Select the new status and the effective date and save by clicking the Change Status button
Important note: When a status has been manually changed it must be manually changed back to the previous Status or to the membership default Status. A small M symbol appears next to the Status on the membership Group. To remove the manual status change, click on this M symbol and the status will revert to the default Active or Inactive status.
