If you wish to manage your own documents, or wish to print membership cards from MiMembership, you need to install Libre Office on the computer/s that will be printing or editing.
Quick Guide
- Navigate to https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/
- Select the correct operating system and click download. The download will begin automatically.
- Find the installation file in downloads or search for LibreOffice in your folders and double click to run the Installer.
Allow the software to run. - Click Next
- On the Setup Type screen select Typical and then next
- In the Ready to Install the Program screen, select the Install button.
- The first time you download a document from MiMembership with a .odt extension, you may need to associate it with Open Office software, by right clicking on it, selecting open with then choosing OpenOffice Writer.
Step by Step Guide
1. Navigate to Libre Office website - https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/
2. Select the correct operating system and click download. The download will begin automatically.
3. Find the installation file in downloads or search for LibreOffice in your folders and double click to run the Installer.
Allow the software to run.
4. Click Next
5. On the Setup Type screen select Typical and then next
6. Click Install to install the software with or without a shortcut on your desktop as per your preference
7. You may get a warning asking if you wish to allow the installer to make changes, select yes
8. The first time you download a document from Open Office with a .odt extension, you may need to associate it with
Open Office software, by right clicking on it, selecting open with then choosing Libre Office
