If a membership group has a limit set, and it is fully allocated, any members wanting to join that group can be added to a waitlist.
Membership group limits are set in Configuration > Membership > Group
Quick Guide
- Add member to group
- If the limit in the group has been exceeded, the system will prompt you to add the member to a waitlist
- Select Add to Waitlist
- Use the membership repository to view waitlisted members and (Waitlist Tab)
- Use the Action Menu item Activate and Invoice the membership when you would like to move them from the waitlist to an active membership.
- Use the Action Menu item Delete to remove the member from the waitlist
- Use the Waitlist report to report on waitlisted members (Reports > Membership > Waitlist Members)
