Charge Categories are designed to help you sort and locate charges.
Display Order is used to define the order of charges when generating an invoice.
Quick Guide
1. Navigate to the Configuration then select Charges under Financials
2. Select the +Charge Category button
3. Assign a Name for the Charge Category (e.g. Late Fee) then select Save.
4. Click on any of the Charge Categories, hold and drag to change the display order
