How to Create a Note Category

Note Category creates the ability to clearly identify notes made on a member’s profile (e.g. Invoicing, Communication, Membership Changes).


Example: Jane Doe requires a phone call in June regarding changing Membership. Add the Note Category of ‘Membership Changes’


Quick Guide

1. Navigate to Configuration and select Notes Categories
2. Select the +Note Category button
3. Create a name for the note category then select Save


Step by Step Guide

1. Navigate to Configuration and select Notes Categories under the Member heading.

2. In the Manage Note Category screen select the +Note Category button.

3. Create a name for the note category then select Save.
