How to Create a Note Category

Note Category creates the ability to clearly identify notes made on a member’s profile (e.g. Invoicing, Communication, Membership Changes).


Example: Jane Doe requires a phone call in June regarding changing Membership. Add the Note Category of ‘Membership Changes’



Quick Guide

Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration and click Notes Categories under the Members heading
Step 2 - Click the +Note Category button
Step 3 - Type in note category name then click Save

Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration and click Notes Categories under the Members heading



Step 2 - In the Manage Note Category screen click the +Note Category button



Step 3 - Type in note category name and then click Save
