Customer types are used to organise and group individuals in the database. This is useful when searching the Directory and/or running reports.
Example: John Doe is added to the database as Staff. Jane Smith is added as a Member. James Jones is added as a Supplier.
Quick Guide - How to Create a Customer Type
Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration and click Customer Types
Step 2 - Click +Customer Types button
Step 3 - Type in the name of your your Customer Type then click Save

Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration and click Customer Types under the Members heading
Step 2 - In the Manage Customer Type screen, click the +Customer Type button
Step 3 - Type in the name of your your Customer Type then click Save
