Customer types are used to organise and group individuals in the database. This is useful when searching the Directory and/or running reports.
Example: John Doe is added to the database as Staff. Jane Smith is added as a Member. James Jones is added as a Supplier.
Quick Guide - How to Create a Customer Type
- Navigate to Configuration and select Customer Types
- Select +Customer Types button
- Select a name for your Customer Type then select Save
Step by Step Guide
1. Navigate to Configuration and select Customer Types under the Members heading
2. In the Manage Customer Type screen, select the +Customer Type button
3. Select a name for your Customer Type then select Save
