How to Create an Account Type

The different Account Types where transactions are recorded (i.e. Invoices, Payments, Top Ups, etc) are available to members. There are various settings applied to Account Types (e.g. Payment Order, Credit limit, Available at specific POS locations and more). Account types are completely configurable.

Example: Account Type examples: Subscriptions, House Levy, House Top Up, Prizes, Points. 


Quick Guide

1. Navigate to Configuration and select Account Types
2. Select the +Account Type button to create a new account
3. Complete the details in the Create Account 


Step by Step Guide

1. Navigate to Configuration then select Account Types under the Financials heading.

2. In the Account Types screen select the +Account Type button.


3. Complete the following areas to create the account type - General, Credit Limit, Auto Payment, Statements, POS, Transfers Out, Transfers In, Accounting and Expiry then select the Save button.
