Step 1 - Select Configuration Menu and select Contact Types under Members heading.

Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration and under Members select Contact Types.
Step 2 - In the Contact Types screen select the +Contact Type button.
Step 3 - Assign a Name for your contact type, add any further settings that apply, then Save.
