Assigning Playing Rights

Step 1 - Navigate to the Share Registry. Shares > Share Registry

Step 2 - Locate the share you want to assign playing rights to. You can search the registry by filtering the table columns by share number, shareholder name, member number etc. You can filter the Lease Status Column by Available, Not Available, Leased.

You can also use the display options (top bar) to show all shares available for lease.

Step 3 - From the actions menu select Assign Playing Rights

Step 4 - Complete the information in the dialog box

  • Type: Is the person the Shareholder, another member leasing the rights, or a nominee. Nominees are usually used for shares with multiple associated playing rights eg: A corporate share might have 5 playing rights where the shareholder nominates the 5 players to have access to those rights.
  • Member: This field will show up if Type is Lessee or Nominee. Type name and select from the auto complete.
  • Start Date: Date the member has access to the playing right.
  • End Date: Date the member ceases to have access to the playing right.
