Managing Share Types

Quick Guide


Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration > Shares > Share Types

Step 2 - Edit / View History of an existing Share Type by clicking on the Actions Menu

Step 3 - Create a new Share Type by clicking on the + Share Type button

Step 4 - Complete the attributes for the Share Type

  • Name: Name of the share type EG: MiClub Corporate Shares
  • Description: a brief description. EG: Share comes with 2 associated 3 Day playing rights
  • Leasable: If the shareholder can lease the playing rights associated with the share to other members
  • Number of Playing Rights: How many playing rights associated with the share EG: 2
  • Enabled: If the share type is visible in the repository
  • Status: Select which statuses will be available to select for a share belonging to this share type. Note: You can only select 1 status that has an availability of Assigned.

Step 5 - Click Save

Step 6 - Share Type is now available to select when creating a share. The share will inherit the playing rights and available statuses from this configuration.

Step 7 - Each Share type appears as a unique Tab on the repository page
