Creating Shares

Shares are created individually - one at a time, unless imported.

Quick Guide

Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration > Shares > Shares

Step 2 - Click on + Share button

Step 3 - Fill in the attributes:

• Share Number: The unique share number
• Share Type: Choose share type from drop down menu
• Share Status: Select Available from drop down menu
• Description: Not required. You can enter a brief description of the share e.g. Issue 3 of 400. This can be edited later.
• Share Price: Not required. The price that the share will be initially offered. This can be edited later.
• Release Date: Date the share will become available.

Step 4 - Click Save

Step 5 - The share is now available in the Share Registry for processing of sale
