Creating Shares

Quick Guide

Shares are created individually - one at a time, unless imported.

1. Configuration > Shares
2. Click on + Share button 
3. Fill in the attributes:
   • Share Number: The unique share number
   • Certificate Number: The unique certificate number that will be used for the first sale/transfer of share. The Certificate Number should be sequential.
   • Description: Not required. You can enter a brief description of the share eg: Issue 3 of 400. This can be edited later.
   • Share Price: Not required. The price that the share will be initially offered. This can be edited later.
   • Release Date: Date the share will become available
     
4. Save
5. The share is now available in the Share Registry for processing of sale.
