How to Create a Facility Type / add a facility

Facilities are physical items that members may access. Individual (unique) facilities are grouped together using Facility Types.


Example: The club has 30 lockers to allocate. The club sets up a Facility Type named Lockers. Each locker is then added to this with a unique name (L1, L2, L3 etc.)



Quick Guide


Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration and click Facilities under the Members heading

Step 2 - Click the +Facility Type button

Step 3 - Assign a name and description to your new facility type, then click Save

Step 4 - Select your newly created Facility Type (i.e.Test Facility)

Step 5 - Select the + Facility button (i.e. +Test Facility Facility)

Step 6 - Enter a name, description, the facility type and the usage limit then click Save

Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration and click Facilities under the Members heading


Step 2 - In the Manage Facilities screen click the +Facility Type button

Step 3 - Assign a name and description to your new facility type, then click Save.


Step 4 - Select your newly created Facility Type (i.e. Test Facility)


Step 5 - Click the + Facility button (i.e. + Test Facility Facility)



Step 6 - Enter a name, description, the facility type (from drop-down menu) and the usage limit (i.e. how many people will access this facility - For example: you may want to allow 2 people to share a locker facility so therefore your Usage Limit will be 2). Click Save when you have entered all the information.
