How to Create a Custom Field

Custom Fields are input options that are used to capture data for a member. Custom fields can be added to any member field section. Types of custom field inputs include date, text, number, select member, select option.


Example: You want to capture and store any special dietary requirements for members, create a Dietary Requirements field.


Quick Guide


1. Navigate to Configuration and select Custom Fields
2. Select +Custom Field button
3. Select the options and then Save



Step by Step Guide


1. Navigate to Configuration and select Custom Fields under the Members heading.

2. In the Custom Fields screen select the +Custom Field button

3. In the Create New Custom Field screen select your choices from the drop-down options then select Save. Tick the appropriate setting (E.g. If it is a required field ensure you tick the Required box).
