Complete this process to create a new member record in the MiMembership database.

Note: When you see the * symbol, it indicates the field must be populated. A warning message will appear if the field is empty.
Step by Step Guide
Step 1 - Add Member by selecting the Create Member option under Members menu, or from the Member Directory select the +Member button.
- This action opens the Create Member page where the new member information is entered in the fields located under each Details Tab. Default tabs include Personal Details, Member Details, Contact Details, Financial Details, Communication Details and Golf Details. Other detail tabs may be applicable depending on individual club requirements.

Step 2 - Enter the member's Personal Details in the fields located in the Personal Details Tab. Ensure fields with the * symbol are completed before progressing. Once completed, select Next.

Step 3 - Enter the relevant data in the Member Details fields, ensuring the Customer Type is selected from the drop down menu, then select Next.
Note: the member number field is auto populated based on the next scheduled number in the configuration settings

Step 4 - Enter the Contact Details, then select Next.
- Select Pref if the member prefers this mode of communication.
- Select Silent if the contact details are to remain private and hidden from the member's view in the MiClub Golf Members Directory.

Step 5 - All Financial Details fields can be left blank and populated later. By default the financial details are auto populated based on the payment gateway and payment plan configuration settings. Select Next

Step 6 - Select the member's preferred method of communication (Post or Email), then select Next

Step 7 - Golf Details will integrate from MiClub Golf. Ignore this section and move to the next tab or select Save
- When applicable: All Golf ID activity must be completed in MiClub Golf

Step 8 - A Taskbar will appear at the top of the screen stating the member record was created successfully and prompts you to Add Membership Groups. You can dismiss and complete later or select the Add Membership Groups button to proceed and progress to invoice
