Adding a Relationship links individual member records to each other to identify members of the same family or corporate entity. MiMembership users can also use the relationships as a reference to identify members entitled to a family discount or other special promotions. To create additional relationship groups and types click here
Quick Steps
Step 1 - Search for the member record
Step 2 - From the Member Action drop menu, select Relationships
Step 3 - Select the +Relationship button
Step 4 - Select Relationship Group (Family or Corporate), then select Next
Step 5 - From the Member Relationship Type drop menu, select Relationship Type
Step 6 - From the Linked Member drop menu, select the member to link
Step 7 - From the Linked Relationship Type, select the linked Relationship Type for the linked member
Step 8 - Select Confirm
Step by Step
Step 1 - Search for the member record using the Quick Search, or navigate to the Members Directory and filter Current members by name or member number
Step 2 - From the Member Action drop menu, select Relationships
Step 3 - Select the +Relationship button (located top right of screen)
Step 4 - Select Relationship Group from the available options ( System default = Family or Corporate), then select Next
Step 5 - From the Member Relationship Type drop menu, select the Relationship Type from the options available
Step 6 - From the Linked Member drop menu, select the member to link (type the member name or member number to populate menu options)
Step 7 - From the Linked Relationship Type, select the linked Relationship Type for the linked member
Step 8 - Select Confirm. To add more than one linked member in the same Relationship Group to the Member record, click the + icon and repeat Step 7, then select Confirm
Note: A link shortcut icon will appear on each linked member record under their initials (and next to their Surname in the Member's Directory). This shortcut will redirect you to the Relationships page within the member record where you can edit or add more relationships
