This process is for reinstating a member that does not have a record or profile in MiMembership, but exists in the MiClub Golf product (Active or Inactive members).

Quick Guide
Step 1 - In MiClub Golf navigate to the Members' Directory and search for the existing member to retrieve their Membership Number
Step 2 - In MiMembership navigate to Members > Create Member
Step 3 - Click the Populate from Golf button - this will open a dialogue box.
Step 4 - Enter the MiClub Golf Membership Number (you retrieved in Step 1) in the Member Number field, then click the Retrieve Details button.
The member's details recorded in the MiClub Golf product are now populated in MiMembership
Step 5 - Continue to enter and update the member's details by clicking on the NEXT button until you reach the end of the Create New Member process.

Step by Step Guide
Step 1 - In the MiClub Golf system navigate to the Members' Directory and search for the existing member to retrieve their Membership Number.
Note: this is the MEMBERSHIP number NOT the GOLFLINK number.
Step 2 - In MiMembership navigate to Members > Create Member.
Step 3 - Click the Populate from Golf button (located top right) - this will open a dialogue box.
Step 4 - Enter the MiClub Golf Membership Number (you retrieved in Step 1) in the Member Number field, then click the Retrieve Details button. The member's details recorded in the MiClub Golf product are now populated in MiMembership.
Step 5 - Continue to enter and update the member's details by clicking on the NEXT button until you reach the end of the Create New Member process. Click Save.
