Reinstate Returning Member - Exists in MiClub Golf

Only complete this process to reinstate a member record that exists in the MiClub Golf (Active or Inactive members) database and does not exist in the MiMembership database


To reinstate a returning resigned member with an existing record in MiMembership follow the instructions for how to Reinstate a Resigned Member


Step by Step Guide


Step 1 - Retrieve the returning member membership number

  • Login to the MiClub Golf database and navigate to the Members' Directory 
  • Search for the returning Member Record in the Active and Inactive directories
  • Retrieve the existing Membership Number assigned to the member record
  • Note: this is the MEMBERSHIP number NOT the GOLF ID number


Step 2 - Create the returning member record in MiMembership

  • Login to the MiMembership database and navigate the main menu to Members and select Create Member
  • Click the Populate from Golf button - this action will open a dialogue box
  • Enter the MiClub Golf Membership Number (you retrieved in Step 1) in the Member Number field
  • Click the Retrieve Details button. The member's details recorded in the MiClub Golf database populate the matching fields in the Create Member process. 
  • Continue to enter and update the member's details by clicking on the Next button until you reach the end of the Create New Member process. Click Save
  • Continue to add membership groups and create invoice: follow the instructions on how to Add Membership Groups >
