Creating A New Group Type

Group Types gives you the ability to segregate and organise your groups by type

• Golf Membership
• Social Membership
• Facilities

Groups are the memberships and/or facilities the Member has access to for the Membership Year

Quick Guide

Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration and click Groups
Step 2 - Select +Group Type
Step 3 - Enter the Name, Description, Display Order, tick Primary if groups under this group type are to be classed as a Primary Group and then click Save.

Step by Step Guide

Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration and select Groups under the Members heading

Step 2 - In the Group Types screen select the +Group Type

Step 3 - In the Create Group Type screen, enter the Name, Description, Display Order (that is the order you want it displayed in which will be shown on a member's Manage Membership page), tick Primary if groups under this group type are to be classed as a Primary group then click Save.

Please NOTE - This is not a membership group, only a group TYPE. To create a new membership group please follow the steps in the below solution.
