MiMembership has the ability to add notes to a member profile. A summary of notes for all members is listed in the Notes Archive, which is located under the main menu item Members.
From the Notes Archive;
Create New Notes using the +Notes button. Enter the relevant information in the Note and upload attachments such as a new member application form. Save Note.
Search and Filter notes by typing in the fields (i.e. surname, first name, subject or message details).
Add or Remove the archive columns by selecting the column icon (next to +Note) and tick or untick the column/s.
Edit, Dismiss or Delete notes from the archive using the member's Action button (on the far right column). The Dismiss action will remove the note from the Notes Archive only - it will remain in the individual member's notes history.
Export Member Notes to CSV or Send (Email) a Message to selected members using the Bulk Action button.
