The Invoices repository provides an overview of all invoices.
There is the ability to add / edit the columns shown on this page, perform bulk actions such as export, email, print and reverse invoices and to create an ad-hoc invoice / credit note.
Quick Guide
Step 1 - Navigate to Financials > Invoices
Step 2 - View Invoice details using headings - i.e. Draft, Outstanding, overdue, Defaulted, Paid and On Payment Plan
Step 3 - Customise your display by using the Show/Hide Column button, tick/untick the column you want to display. Close the options by clicking X
Step 4 - Perform a bulk action by selecting 1 or more members, clicking Bulk Action Menu and then selecting the required action. I.e. Export Invoices, Email, Print, Reverse Invoices, etc.
Step 5 - Create an ad-hoc invoice or credit note by clicking + Invoice or + Credit Note button. Follow the prompts to complete the information to create an ad-hoc invoice or credit note.
Step by Step Guide
Step 1 - Navigate to Financials > Invoices
Step 2 - View Invoice details. You can use the headings to view invoices in different formats (i.e., Draft, Outstanding, Overdue, Defaulted, Paid and On Payment Plan). The bracket with a number within, after the heading name indicates how many invoices are in each status.
Step 3 - Customise your display by using the Show/Hide Column button, tick/untick the column you want to display. Close the options by clicking X
Step 4 - Perform a bulk action by selecting 1 or more members, clicking Bulk Action Menu and then select required action. As you can see from the options below the bulk action button, you can:
- Export Invoices
- Send Email
- Add to Payment Plan
- Reverse Invoices
- Mark as Outstanding
- Change Date
- Delete Drafts
- Add Promo Code
- Email Direct Debit Agreement Requests
- View Selected Invoices
- View Associated Members
Step 5 - Create an ad-hoc invoice or credit note. Click the +Invoice or +Credit Note button on the Invoices screen and follow the prompts to complete the information to create an ad-hoc invoice or credit note.
Note: Membership invoices should be created from the Members > Memberships repository and selecting the member's individual action button then click $ Create Invoice.
