Step by Step Guide

1. To view invoice details, go to the Financials repository and select Invoices.

2. Review Invoice details. This screen provides an overview of all invoices. You can use the headings to view invoices in different formats (i.e., Draft, Outstanding, Overdue, Defaulted, Paid and On Payment Plan). The bracket with a number within, after the heading name indicates how many invoices are in each status.

3. Performing a bulk action. You can select more than 1 member and perform a bulk action. As you can see from the options below the bulk action button, you can:

Export, Send Message, Email, Print, Download, Add to Payment Plan, Reverse, Mark as Outstanding, Change Date, Delete Drafts or Add Promo Code. 

4. Creating an adhoc invoice or credit note. Select the +Invoice or +Credit Note button on the Invoices screen and follow the prompts to complete the information to create an adhoc invoice or credit note.

Note: Membership invoices should be created from the Members>Memberships repository and selecting the member's individual action button then select Create Invoice option.
