The information outlined below is provided by Payrix and is for clubs that have Payrix as their chosen payment gateway provider to facilitate direct debit payments and online credit card payments.


Payrix transactions record a Status Value


Rejection Fee Value and Statuses

A rejection fee will be charged if detailed in the table below. If the Payer Status changes, and a transaction is scheduled when the Payer is in any status other than Active, the transaction fee will not be charged. If the transaction is not associated with a Payer, and a rejection fee is possible, the rejection will always be charged.



Payer Status Codes

The payer status codes most common in MiMembership are Active and Suspended. If the member returns a suspended status the member will need to be contacted and advised to either complete their online direct debit agreement or provide the correct/valid payment information to the club for the MiMembership user to enter this information in the member record through the Payrix portal.
