When preparing for renewals, you can update your membership charges in advance in a bulk action.

Step by Step Guide
Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration > Financials > Charges
Step 2 - Click the Update Charges button located on the Manage Charge Categories screen
Step 3 -
- Enter the variation date for the new values to take effect from
- This variation date is generally set to the beginning of the next membership period
- Enter a new value for each charge that requires a change (leave empty if the value is to remain unchanged)
- Tip: you can change the Pro Rata Method by selecting the new method from from the Pro Rata drop menu
Step 4 - Once all new charge values have been entered, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
