Smart Search By Postcode

Smart Search for members by Postcode.

This could help you determine how many current members reside in a certain postcode and/or joined the club between certain dates for statistic/marketing/membership drive purposes. 

Quick Guide

Step 1 - Click on Smart Search in main menu

Step 2 - Select the Members output and then build criteria

Step 3 - Select the Search Fields

                    Field Section - Contacts

                    Field Name - Home Address Post Code

                    Field Operations - Equal To

                    Field Value - type in Postcode. Add criteria

Step 4 - Select join date search fields (if required)

                    Field Section - Member

                    Field Name - Join Date

                    Field Operations - Between x and y

                    Field Value - select start and end dates (e.g. 01/01/2023 to Current Date). Add criteria

Step 5 - Click Next : Preview Results
Step 6 - Export results and/or save for future use

Step 3 - Select the Search Fields. Field Section - Contacts, Field Name - Home Address Post Code, Field Operations - Equal To, Field Value - Type in Postcode. Add criteria

Step 4 - Select join date search fields. Field Section - Member, Field Name - Join Date, Field Operations - Between x and y, Field Value - select Start and End dates (e.g. 01/01/2023 to Current Date). Add criteria.

Step 5 - Click Next : Preview Results

Step 6 - Export results and/or save for future use
