Smart Search By Postcode

Smart Search for members by Postcode. To determine how many current members reside in a selected postcode and, as an additional option, joined the club between certain dates.

Quick Guide

1. Select Smart Search from the main menu
2. Choose Members for the search Output 
3. Click the Next: Build Criteria button
4. Set the Criteria for the Postcode in each of the Search Field options:
   • Field Section = Contacts
   • Field Name = Home Address Post Code
   • Field Operations = Equal To
   • Field Value = type in Postcode
5. Click the +Criteria button
6. Set the Criteria for the Join Date in each of the Search Field options (optional):
   • Field Section = Member
   • Field Name = Join Date
   • Field Operation = Between x and y
   • Field Value = enter the Join Date start and end dates (e.g. 01/01/2023 to Current Date)
7. Click the +Criteria button
8. Click the Next : Preview Results button. This action returns a list of the smart search results
9. To Export the results to CSV - tick the Selected all check box and select Export Members from the Bulk Action button menu options
