Security Roles Access

Different Security Roles in MiMembership will have different menu access - adding users to multiple roles will provide the user with the access for each role.

Root Administrator - access to all items including configuration

Membership Administrator - access to all member related items, including adding and changing members.  No access to configuration, communications or reporting - limited smart search access

Accounts Administrator - access to financial data, including GL Integration, no access to member menu, limited smart search access

Reports Administrator - access to all reports, no access to configuration, communication, membership or smart search

Email Administrator - access to all communications, no access to configuration, membership, reporting or smart search

Configuration Administrator - access to configuration  and settings - no access to an membership, financials, reporting or smart search

Draw Administrator - Access to run member draws only - may be set up with limited access to configuration to edit member draws if requested
