MiWallet

MiWallet is a digital membership and identification card integrated with MiMembership, allowing members to store their club ID securely in their Apple or Google Wallet.

It provides a convenient, contactless way for members to identify themselves and streamline interactions across all integrated club operating platforms.

MiWallet Description and Functionality

Card Design & Features

• Fixed, professionally designed card layout for a consistent member experience.
• Cards can be remotely re-synchronised, ensuring information is always up to date.
• Custom colour schemes available for different membership categories.
• Supports both QR codes and traditional barcodes. QR code functionality requires a compatible 2D barcode scanner.
• Standard card information includes:

  •     Member name
  •     Membership category
  •     Join date
  •     Financial status
•     Optional custom fields available, including up to two additional data points such as Golf ID numbers.
•     Not compatible with MIFARE or RFID technology.

Security & Control

• Screenshots cannot be used as a valid substitute for the digital card.
• Each card is uniquely generated for an individual member.
• Membership changes are reflected instantly. For example, if a member becomes un-financial, barcode access is automatically removed, preventing unauthorised use.

Member Access

• Available through both Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.
• Members receive a secure download link via SMS or email directly from the MiMembership system, making activation simple and convenient.
