Troubleshooting - Ezidebit Customer Already Exists

Sometimes, for various reasons, when you try to add an ezidebit number to a member, you will get an error message  like this:

This means that the 8 digit number that usually gets sent back from Ezidebit can't automatically filled through the integration.  To find this 8 digit number and enter manually:

Quick Guide

1.  Login to Ezidebit and navigate to the member's profile page 

2.  Copy the 8 digit id code from the URL on the profile page

3.  Paste Code into the Ezidebit Customer Number field in MiMembership.

Step by Step Guide

1.  Login to Ezidebit and Navigate to member's profile page  (Payers / Find Payers / Enter Name into search criteria)  Click on Payer Name to open profile page

The url of the profile page will be

Copy the 8 digit number at the end of the url   and paste into the appropriate area into MiMembership.
