Transfer Balances Between Accounts

Quick Guide

  1. Search for the member and navigate to an account (subscription, house, prize, etc)
  2. Select +Transfer from the Account Action menu
  3. Select the account to Debit - transfer out
  4. Select the member transferring money to (leave as it is if the transfer is internal for the current member)
  5. Select the account to Credit - transfer in
  6. Set the amount to transfer and add a description (if required). Save

Note:  'Account Requiring Allocation' menu will appear. No action is required on accounts configured to auto allocate. Standard account configuration would only require the user to manually allocate amounts transferred to the subscription account.


Step by Step Guide


Step 1 - Search for the member and navigate to an account (subscription, house, prize, etc)



Step 2 -  Select +Transfer from the Account Action menu



Step 3 - Select the account funds will be transferred FROM


NOTE - Only accounts with a credit balance and that has 'transfers allowed' will appear in the "from" dropdown 



Step 4 - Select the member transferring money to (leave as it is if the transfer is internal for the current member)




Step 5 - Select the account funds will be transferred TO





NOTE - If an account type doesn't appear in this list please review account types in configuration



Step 5 - Set the amount to transfer and add a description (if required). Save Transfer.
