This is the solution to fix the issue when ebet badge numbers and mimembership member numbers are out of sync
Quick Guide
1. Check that the next available number provided by miclub is available in ebet
2. Change the "start badge" number for preliminary rate to match the number provided by miclub
3. Move first "out of sync" member to badge 99999
4. Then begin the badge number changes to marry up with the mimembership member numbers
Note: Member cards may need to be reprinted
Step by Step Guide
1. Check that the next available number provided by miclub is available in ebet
- Miclub staff will provide you with the next available member number - this will need to be set as the next badge number in ebet
- Firstly check that this badge number will be available by opening any current member in ebet and clicking the "change badge number" button
- Then type the number provided by miclub in the "list badges from" box (if number is available it will appear)
- It is important to then click the RED X so the number for the "test" member isn't changed
2. Change the "start badge" number for preliminary rate to match the number provided by miclub
- To change the start badge navigate to member - maintain - rates and edit the preliminary rate
- Here change the "Start badge" to the number provided by miclub
- This will ensure that from this point onward the numbers are back in sync for any new members added
3. Move first "out of sync" member to badge 99999
- Following the process in step 1, change the first member that has an out of sync badge-mim member number to 99999'
- This will make the number for the next member available to be changed
4. Then begin the badge number changes to marry up with the mimembership member numbers
- Following step 1 make the changes to member badge numbers to sync up with mimembership member numbers
