Renewals: Sending out your invoices with additional information

MiMembership has the functionality to bulk email all of your subscription invoices.


You may want to send out additional information regarding the membership at the same time as the invoice; such as increases to pricing, letters from the board, or communicate any changes to the membership.


This additional information can be handled in 2 ways. Both have pros and cons and different levels of complexity.


  1. Create a unique email template for renewal membership invoices that includes links to pay/view the invoice plus any additional information you want to add, including links to download PDFs.
    Complexity - Medium Difficulty.

  2. Use the communications module to send out a message separately from the invoice with all of the additional information plus any attachments.
