Membership statuses determine access to facilities. All members have a membership status which may be active, inactive, suspended etc. They can be automatically updated based on financial status or manually updated by the user. Statuses are also used in integration to determine access to third party software such as MiClub Golf.
Example: A member has an overdue invoice and becomes unfinancial. They are automatically made inactive and will no longer have access to facilities related to their membership group (i.e. Inactive status is mapped through integration to block the user from access to golf bookings).
Quick Guide
Step 1 - Navigate to Configure and click Membership Statuses under the Members heading
Step 2 - Click +Membership Status button
Step 3 - Complete the Create Membership Status window and then click Save
Note: Any statuses in MiMembership that you wish to integrate with MiClub Golf will also need to be set up in Golf for integration to work. This can be found in the golf system under Membership / Statuses.
Please be aware that the ONLY status in MiClub Golf that will inactivate a member's golflink number is "inactive"
Step by Step Guide
Step 1 - Navigate to Configuration and click Membership Statuses under the Members heading
Step 2 - In the Manage Membership Status screen click +Membership Status button
Step 3 - In the Create Membership Status window assign a name for the membership status and then click Save.
